Quality Policy at AIROPTIC

The high quality of products and services as well as comprehensive Customer service is the most important part of our Company strategy. Our Customer satisfaction is a prerequisite for maintaining a significant position on the market and an auspicious future.

We are constantly working on improving our processes to ensure the highest quality gas analysers on the market along with professional service support through an extensive network of distributors and service centres around the world.

To achieve this goal:

  • we ensure full control over the production process, thanks to the proprietary measurement technology and in-depth knowledge of all product components,
  • we provide individual and comprehensive quality control for all finished products before their dispatch,
  • we provide our Customers with professional technical advice during installation process and service of our products,
  • we provide our Partners with professional advice on the sale, installation and service of our products,
  • we carefully select our Suppliers and monitor their activities,
  • we constantly train our employees and raise their qualifications to ensure high quality production processes and services rendered,
  • we implement a modern Quality Management System and improve it in a continuous and systematic manner,
  • we create work environment in which our employees recognize customer satisfaction as the primary objective of their activities.
In order to achieve the customer’s quality level requirements, our products and services meet the requirements of standards and regulations, and the activities and continuous improvement of the Company operate in parallel with the improvement of the Quality Management System according to the management model ISO 9001: 2015. The quality policy creates a framework for determining the scope in quality range.
As the President of the Management Board of AIROPTIC Sp. z o. o. I declare my personal commitments in implementing the above Quality Policy and the effectiveness of reaching the set goals.
